Please redeem the one-hour parking ticket at the first-floor general information desk of Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu 1. The operational hours are 11:00–19:00. Please present your voucher and your parking ticket received upon entering Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu.

Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu is a minute's walk from Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Waterfront Line or Yurikamome Line, Shin-Toyosu Station. It's a ten-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Toyosu Station.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold or used by more than one person.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

Tickets can only be used on the selected date. You cannot enter without a voucher.

Please note that you may have to wait 30–90 minutes before being admitted into the venue.

Wheelchair users will be requested to transfer to the venue's available wheelchairs once inside. The number of available wheelchairs is limited. Please note that the wheelchairs are the standard type, without any special accessories.

Please note that you will be barefoot during the experience. Water levels can rise to knee height for adults.

Please note that an area of the exhibit has a mirrored surface. It is recommended to wear trousers or jeans during the experience.

The museum is not liable for any injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.

Due to the venue's intricate layout, pets, including service animals, are not allowed.

Lockers for small bags are available to use free of charge. Lockers are 25 cm wide, 40 cm deep, and 50.75 cm high.

Please note that some artwork involves flashing lights and loud noises.

Due to limited admission, please note that teamLab Planets TOKYO will sell pre-order e-tickets in 30-minute time slots with a specified date and time to ease visitor congestion. In addition, there will be a limited number of tickets available for each time slot and restricted admission to avoid overcrowding once the venue reopens.

The exhibition will be open to the public in case of light rain. The exhibition may be cancelled in case of heavy rain with strong wind conditions, such as typhoons.

Disability discount tickets are offered to holders of a designated disability certificate. For each person with a certificate, a companion may purchase a 'Disability Discount' ticket.

The tour price includes parking for an hour at Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu.

Please note that the operational hours are as follows:

- Daily: 09:00–22:00

- Last admission: one hour before closing

- 31 December to 2 January: 09:00–21:00

- 17, 18 and 21 January: 09:00–16:00

- Closed: 2 December, 13 December, 20 January and 6 February

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers or other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.

Smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.

Please note that photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show, is strictly prohibited.
