Please present your voucher at the ticket counter and exchange it for a physical ticket. The ticket counter is located on floor 39.
Please note that the operational hours of the ticket counter are from 09:30–22:00.
Tours are conducted in English and Japanese.
The nearest train station is Osaka Station. The venue is a seven-minute walk from the station via the Central North Exit.
The nearest metro station is Umeda Station, served by the Midosuji Line. The venue is a ten-minute walk from the station via the North Gate.
Please note that it is recommended for wheelchair users to take the lift from the first floor of the Tower East.
Please note that the operational hours of the Umeda Sky Building are from 09:30–22:30, daily. The last admission is at 22:00.

The building will be closed on Naniwa Yodogawa fireworks festival, New Year countdown day and New Year early morning opening day.
