Please present your voucher at the ticket counter and exchange it for a physical ticket. The ticket counter is located on floor 39.
Please note that the operational hours of the ticket counter are from 09:30–22:00.
Tours are conducted in English or Japanese.
The nearest train station is Osaka Station. The venue is a seven-minute walk from the station via the Central North Exit.
The nearest metro station is Umeda Station, served by the Midosuji Line. The venue is a ten-minute walk from the station via the North Gate.
It's recommended for wheelchair users to take the lift from the first floor of the Tower East.
