Departing from Kyoto, this afternoon tour will take you to explore the historical Japanese city of Nara. You'll have the opportunity to wander through the grounds of Nara Park, where you can observe and feed its famous deer, as well as visit Nara Nagomikan – the city's largest souvenir shop.
The tour also includes visits to the UNESCO-listed Kasuga Taisha Shrine and Tōdai-ji temple – the latter renowned for being one of the world's largest wooden structures. Here, you'll be able to learn more about the history of Nara as Japan's capital city during the eighth century.
