Our journey starts with a afternoon pickup. Drive in air conditioned comfort into the heart of the city of Falmouth. Locals are known to mek fashion with whatever food is in season, so you'll get to sample a variety of dishes such as ackee (when in season) & saltfish, crab/lobster (when in season), beef/ chicken patties, natural juicies, Jamaican hotdogs and Jamaican popsicles. There will be brief interludes between the food stops where we discuss the history of the food, it's current relevance in our society and the ingredients/ process we use to cook.
