Learn how to prepare the most famous sauce in Liguria: PESTO!! We do everything by hand, with a pestle and mortar, using only selected ingredients!
We will be in a typical cellar of the Cinque Terre, furnished with stone and wood, a dive into the nineteenth-century Vernazza!
We will start with a wine tasting accompanied by focaccia, cheeses and extra virgin olive oils, we will prepare pesto in a mortar tasting the second wine, we will eat gnocchi with pesto in a mortar with a third wine and we will finish with limoncino and chocolate!
