We will prepare the traditional tajarin, the Piedmontese ravioli del plin, the typical pici of Siena looking at the splendid hills of Monferrato. Everything will be prepared following the best local traditional recipes. We will prepare two different types of dough and, at the end, a dessert according to the season.
