On this full-day tour from Catania, you’ll discover Siracusa, Noto and Ortygia with a local guide. You’ll go to the Neapolis Archaeological Park, where you’ll see the Roman amphitheater and the Greek Theater, which is still used for classical performances. There are many other Roman and Greek monuments to see here.
You’ll then have a two-hour guided tour of Ortygia to learn about the city’s history from the times of Ancient Greece. On the tour, you’ll pass palaces and courtyards, alleyways and charming squares, and temples and churches. After a break for lunch, you’ll head to Noto. The center of this Baroque town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and you’ll have free time to explore the palaces and churches.
