This morning or afternoon experience in Alberobello will give you a chance to enjoy a cooking session with a Cesarina and sample local wines.
You'll be hosted by a Cesarina – a member of a vast network of home cooks who specialise in offering visitors a taste of authentic Italian food. During the experience, you'll visit their home and learn to prepare three dishes that reflect the genuine flavours of Alberobello cuisine.
