During the visit we will show you the different production phases, from the entrance and the analysis on the milk, to the different recipes, the salting in brine tanks, the ricotta, the seasoning and finally the preparation, packaging and shipping, in the places where the Pecorini Sardi are born , they grow and rest to develop and restore the scents of the pastures of our territory.

Furthermore, a gastronomic tour awaits you in the tasting room, where our specialized staff will take you on a guided tasting of some of our most famous cheeses, accompanied by a wine from the best wineries in Sardinia.
