On this tour, you’ll head out from Trieste to explore the Karst region of northern Italy and Slovenia.
You’ll first stop in the town of Prosecco to learn about sparkling wine production and visit local vineyards. You’ll then head to Štanjel in Slovenia. Here, you’ll visit and explore a castle, see traditional architecture and learn about the city’s history and culture.
During the day, you’ll also have a chance to try wine, cheese and dry-cured ham from the region.
