Enter a winery and partake in a tasting lunch with local taralli, locally produced bread and house-produced extra virgin olive oil accompanied by falanghina.
Lunch will continue with tris of grilled zucchini with provolone heart, robiola cheese with chives and sun-dried tomatoes accompanied by house-made white wine. Caponata with red and yellow tomatoes from Vesuvius, oregano and Evo oil accompanied by a rosé.
The journey into the flavors of the region continues with a pacchero di gragnano with datterino del Piennolo, basil and Evo oil, this time sipping a red.
Selection of local cured meats, cheeses and jams with a Don Vincenzo reserve. The luch ends with a homemade dessert.
