The food and beer tour in the medieval village and castle of Roccascalegna offers a unique experience for guests who are passionate about medieval tours and typical local gastronomy. The meeting point is at the Tap Room of the Micro Brewery Delphin in Roccascalegna, from where the guide will accompany the participants to the Medieval Castle of Roccascalegna for a tour of approximately 40 minutes.

Once back at the meeting point you can access the terrace or inside to receive the box experience and take part in a craft beer tasting for approximately 1/20 h. The tasting will include three beers and will be accompanied by typical local delicacies, guided by the Brewer. Among the products to be tasted, there will be four varieties of cow's milk cheese, pizza scima, savory ferratelle, hand-cut ham and Pallotte Cace e Ove with tomato sauce. The craft beers offered will include four types, with the possibility of tasting three samples of 10 cl each.
