You’ll learn how to prepare fresh, homemade pasta and the secrets to preparing typical Roman sauces like carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe. Once your pasta is ready, you’ll sit down to eat it with a selection of wine tastings and conclude your visit with a trip to the cave beneath the cellar.
