Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

During this 2.5-hour experience, you’ll learn how to create authentic Italian pasta and taste fine wines. You’ll begin with a guided stroll through Frascati, walking down quaint alleys and seeing picturesque spots.

On reaching a family-run wine cellar, you’ll hear about the region’s wine production before beginning a pasta class. You’ll learn how to prepare fresh, homemade pasta and the secrets to preparing typical Roman sauces like carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe. Once your pasta is ready, you’ll sit down to eat it with a selection of wine tastings and conclude your visit with a trip to the cave beneath the cellar.
