9.00 am: welcome in Zungri at Raìsina. 09.30 am: after the traditional dressing we proceed with the various phases of bread making with the participation of the guests. 11.00 am: a massara e u massaru will brighten the day with songs and cunti (stories) with tastings of typical local products with a rich proposal for the peasant. 12.30 pm: excursion to the Zungri Caves, visit to the cave of Our Lady of Lourdes and the painted portals through the historic center of Zungri (optional activities, about 400m away). Around 2.00 pm: return to Raìsina to attend the baking of the bread with tasting of the pitta forward furnu. 3.30pm: return.
