On this walking tour, you'll be introduced to the diverse street food scene of Palermo in its vibrant city center. You'll be escorted through the city by a local food expert as you try the most authentic Sicilian treats. As you eat your way through the city, your guide will tell you how African, Greek, Spanish, Jewish, and Arab settlers influenced Palermo's cuisine. Some of the delicacies you might taste include panini, crocchè (a characteristic fried mashed potato snack), arancini rice balls, Sfincione or Sicilian pizza, cannoli, granita and ice cream with brioche.
