This tour will give you a closer look at the gastronomic delights of Italy – fine wines, exceptional olive oils and delicious food. You’ll be exploring the Umbrian countryside where you’ll visit a winery and oil mill. You’ll tour vineyards, explore the cellar where Sagrantino wines mature in wooden barrels, see ancient olive trees and learn about the production process of olive oil.

You’ll have a tasting of wines and olive oils, followed by a sumptuous lunch. You’ll dine on bruschetta, Umbrian salami, homemade pizza, omelette and Caprese salad accompanied by pecorino cheese, five expertly paired wines and a typical dessert from the region.
