You’ll be exploring the Umbrian countryside where you’ll visit a winery and oil mill. You’ll tour vineyards, explore the cellar where Sagrantino wines mature in wooden barrels, see ancient olive trees and learn about the production process of olive oil.
You’ll have a tasting of wines and olive oils, followed by a sumptuous lunch. You’ll dine on bruschetta, Umbrian salami, homemade pizza, omelet and Caprese salad accompanied by pecorino cheese, five expertly paired wines and a characteristic dessert from the region.
