    The tour departs from Riva degli Schiavoni if you purchased the six-hour duration Murano Burano and Torcello ticket. Please note that the yellow desk is located by the Prisons’ Palace in Riva degli Schiavoni near St Mark’s Square. Leave the Basilica on your left. Cross Ponte della Paglia and you’ll see the yellow desk by the Prisons’ Palace on your left.

    The tour departs from Venice Tours Srl, close to St. Mark’s Square, if you purchased the three-hour Murano ticket. Stay on the right side of the square with the Basilica of San Marco behind you, and go under the arches. Look for the Olivetti Museum and turn right. Pass the archways, cross the little bridge, and go straight on to “Campo San Gallo.” The Venice Tours Office is located in the campo.
