For this full-day tour, you’ll travel to the city of Belgaum to explore its monuments and other places of interest. After pickup in Goa, you’ll drive for around three hours to reach the city. On arrival, you’ll visit a series of key sites, led by your knowledgeable guide.
You’ll see incredible design at the medieval Belgaum Fort, with numerous Hindu and Jain temples and mosques within the complex, and you’ll visit Kapileshwar Temple, a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.
On the second part of your tour, you’ll get a glimpse into Christian heritage in India with a visit to the peaceful St. Mary’s Church from the colonial era, and you’ll also stop at Rajhansgad Yellur Fort, a magnificent hilltop fortification and one of the most impressive places to visit in the region.
