Situated along the Bay of Bengal, Visakhapatnam or Vizag as it is more commonly called, is a port city that has the oldest shipyard and the only natural harbor on the east coast of India. Besides being the financial center of the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, the city offers miles of pristine sand beaches and one of the cleanest shorelines in India.
