Hampi and Hospet are small cities, which are of great importance and has historical and cultural significance. Hampi is an ancient village in the south Indian state of Karnataka. You can visit the Tungabhadra Dam which is a multipurpose dams as it helps in generation of electricity, irrigation of land, prevention and control of floods etc. It has become a picnic or tourist spot over the years.
