On this tour, you’ll get the opportunity to explore some of the major attractions of Kochi with a guide and gain insights into the city’s history and culture.
You’ll be able to visit the 16th-century Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, and see the fusion of traditional Kerala and colonial architecture styles. Close by the palace, you’ll then discover the Paradesi Synagogue and the Jewish Heritage Centre, where you’ll have the chance to learn about the Jewish community in Kochi.
After that, you’ll head to the seaside, where you’ll stop at the historic Saint Francis Church and see the site where Vasco de Gama died. Before the tour ends, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the harbour and see Chinese fishing nets used for a unique fishing method.
