Guided Heritage Walk of Amritsar

Amritsar heritage walk is a two hours walking tour which takes you to deep down in side the old town. During the walk you will cover fourteen specific points where the walk takes a traveler, starting from the Town Hall and ending at the iconic Golden Temple.

The 3-km heritage walk covers many of the important religious, historical, architectural and cuisine spots. Beginning from the British built Town Hall, one gets to visit many other attractions like Saragarhi Gurdwara, Quila Ahluwalia, Chowk Jalayan Wala, Akhara Sangalwala, Darshani Deori, Chaurasti Attari chowk, Radha Krishan Mandir, Crawling Street, Puratan Rasta and Akhara Brahm Buta.

it is almost 3 km walking tour , you go through the narrow lanes and walk through the old bazaars and you see the authentic old markets of the city. The walk takes you back in the time as you witness town planning traditional trade and crafts being Practiced in the same place and the same manner as has been done for centuries.
