Self-guided tour to three famous sights in the Judean Desert

On this self-guided tour, you’ll visit three famous Judean Desert sights. Your first stop will be at Masada fortress, an important archaeological sites in Israel. You can take a cable car to the top and start to explore the ancient ruins which overlook the Dead Sea.

A short drive away is the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, where you'll be able to hike along trails and take a refreshing dip in one of the pools filled with cold water from the spring. The final stop will be the Dead Sea, known as the lowest land point on Earth. You'll be able to float in the salty water and cover yourself with therapeutic mud, before heading back to Jerusalem.

    Please note that towels can be rented for ILS 15 at the meeting point, before the scheduled departure time.
