Next visit Mosque & Tomb of Sunan Ampel (One of the member of Walisongo –nine moslem saints- who pioneer the spreading of moslem religion in Java). Pass by the Red Bridge (Jembatan Merah) where the most savage fighting took place here in 1945. Further down the Red Bridge is Kembang Jepun ,Hotel Majapahit, in the past known as Orange Hotel / Yamato Hotel which is used as the centre of activities of Dutch people during independance war.
