On this tour, you will get to visit Meteora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with breathtaking landscapes.
The area has Eastern Orthodox monasteries built on the top of rock pillars, where monks settled 11th century onwards. The tour will begin with your pickup and transfer to Meteora, where your guide will give you information about the area, its history and monks establishment of one of the biggest monastic community in Greece on top of the rocks. You will visit three of the monasteries from inside. Along with the chance to see panoramic views, you will also get to click photos here.
