On this cruise tour, you'll explore the monasteries of Mount Athos and the beautiful island of Ammouliani. You'll start your five-hour boat tour from the port of Ouranoupolis and head towards the western section of Mount Athos peninsula. As you cruise along the sea, you'll get a glimpse of six out of the nine monasteries in the mountain peninsula and learn about their history and architecture from the audio guide onboard.

During the tour, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to spend on Ammouliani island. The ship stops at the centre of the village every Tuesday and at Alykes beach every Thursday and Sunday, where you can go swimming and diving from the boat.

    Please note that during the months of May and October, a stop is made in the island's central port of Ammouliani.

    Please note that during the summer months, the stop is at the Alikes lagoon, located at the port of the beach, where you can go for swimming, or have lunch at the lagoon's restaurant.

    Meet your guide at the Arsanas Ouranoupolis, near the Byzantine Tower of Prosphorion. Please arrive at the meeting point before the scheduled departure. The ship's name is 'Eirinikos Glassbottom' and it is anchored on the right side of the port.
