At a traditional bakery in Badiauri, you'll be able to learn how Georgian bread is made. Afterwards, you'll journey to the iconic Bodbe Monastery of St Nino, which houses the grave of the eponymous saint. You'll also explore the nearby town of Sighnaghi. Here, you'll learn how to prepare Khachapuri – Georgian cheese bread – during a cooking class as well as taste wine. The lesson will be followed by lunch at your own expense featuring scenic views of Alazan Valley.
In Kvareli, you'll stop by Winery Khareba for a walking tour and tasting. You'll also visit the Kindzmarauli Corporation Wine House, which has been storing wine and molasses for royal families since 1533.
