With this ticket, you’ll get to explore Salisbury Cathedral – one of England’s most famous churches, built in the mid-thirteenth century.
As you stroll around the cathedral’s grounds, you’ll get to see elaborate Gothic-style features, like its pointed arches and flying buttresses. Inside, you’ll be able to get up close to the original Magna Carta, written in1215. You’ll also get to see the world’s oldest working medieval clock, which was built in 1386. The Chapter House, Restaurant and Shop will be closed on Christmas Day.
Please note that cathedral access is restricted during weekly services. These take place at 7:30 and 17:30 GMT Monday to Saturday, 12:15 GMT on Tuesdays, 11:15 GMT on Thursdays and 8:00, 9:15, 10:30 and 16:30 GMT on Sundays.
