You can see the rugged landscape from a unique perspective. When you are in the midst of the sea, you can feel the tremendous power of the wind and waves and there is an overwhelming sensation of just how small and insignificant we actually are. There is a spiritual connection to nature and anything seems possible. Who knew we had so many dolphins within a few miles of our coastline? Small moments of tension or panic are soon forgotten as you rise to the occasion and find yourself docking a sailboat like a pro. These are experiences which get shared and stories are re-told many times.
