This 60-minute walking tour will give you an introduction to Canterbury with an education that spans from its beginnings over 2,000 years ago all the way to its modern day.
Your tour will begin from the outside of The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge and move on for stops at several other places with an assortment of stories that tie into them.
You'll learn about Geoffrey Chaucer, the author of the legendary book, The Canterbury Tales. You'll see Westgate, the biggest medieval gate still in existence in the UK, and learn about its construction and how it has remained intact despite attacks against it.
