If you are running late and are unable to contact the office, please note that the first stop for the tour will be outside the Roman Museum in Butchery Lane.

If you booked the 11:00 tour and are unable to join for any reason, you can use your ticket for the 14:00 tour instead (if there is an available space). Please contact the 14:00 guide if this occurs on a Saturday or a Sunday, or the office from Monday–Friday.
