You can smell the ingredient, open digital drawers and handle fragrant vials to learn about the various colours, flavours and applications of aniseed. You can also take a sem-virtual 4D ride in a Mehari to explore the cultural and culinary diversity of Marseille. Along with the Mx Experience, you can also taste the applications of aniseed with a sampling of Pastis de Marseille at the onsite bar or at the gourmet restaurant.
