Your class will teach you how to identify the different noses and palates of fine Champagne, and your newfound skills will be put to the test with a blind tasting, accompanied by local delicacies. After your class, you’ll sit down to a hearty, traditional French lunch consisting of regional specialities paired with various Champagnes.
