This ticket will grant you access to the Airborne Museum and view relics of the D-Day landings during the Allied invasion of Normandy in 1944. You will find a glider, a Douglas C-47 aircraft, weaponry, photographs and other exhibits that tell the story of the Battle of Normandy and the men who took part in the liberation. You can also watch a 20-minute film that recounts life under the German occupation and the liberation of Sainte-Mère-Eglise and the Cotentin region.

One of the highlights of the museum is the Histopad tablet, which will provide you with the opportunity to experience the highlights of the operation in augmented reality. You will be able to manipulate virtual weapons and equipment, interact with animated maps, and witness the landing of the paratroopers, among others.
