Take a big breath & unwind admiring beautiful landscapes around Sainte-Victoire mountain. Connect with nature having a mindful walk through vines fields and the hilltop village, far away from mass tourism.
A meditation & yin yoga session will help you to release all tensions, calm the mental and get in contact with your inner space (soft stretching, sitting or lying postures adapted to all levels).
Than in the garden, with a panoramic view of all the valley, we will prepare together several appetizers for your picnic, very easy to remake at home. You will also taste local olive oils, cheese and the best traditional bread in the region. After that a small coffe and just chilling by the pool where you can take a dip or simply relax.
For the the afternoon, you will have a list of my partners who will welcome you during your independent chic and tasty shopping circuit in Aix-en-Provence.
