This full-day tour will take you on a discovery of northern Spainâs celebrated culinary scene. Accompanied by a guide, youâll visit destinations involved in three of the regionâs most important products: anchovies, sobaos pastry and white wine.
Your first stop will be an anchovy factory in Santoña, an authentic fishing village where youâll also visit the port and promenade. Youâll then head to the regionâs largest sobaos factory, visit a scenic Cantabria vineyard and have a typical lunch in a local restaurant. The farming area of the Valles Pasiegos is known for its lush, green landscape, and before going home, youâll head up to the viewpoint of La BraguÃa to take in the panorama.
