On this private tour, you’ll get the chance to walk around Bayreuth with a local guide. You’ll be able to gain insights into the town’s history and see some of the iconic attractions.

You’ll meet your guide at the Wahnfried villa that is now known as the Richard Wagner Museum and first learn about the famous composer’s life in Bayreuth. You’ll then head to the UNESCO-listed 18th-century Margravial Opera House and will have the opportunity to stop at the Bayreuth Festival Theatre, built by Richard Wagner. At the end of the tour, you’ll be able to visit the Kunstmuseum Bayreuth and explore a collection of modern and contemporary art.
