Please present your voucher at Cologne’s tourist information centre and redeem your card.
Please note that the operational hours of the tourist information centre are from Monday–Saturday at 09:00–19:00.
The group card is valid for a maximum of five users, and the card is non-transferable.
To use your card on public transport, you will need to first validate it at the ticket-stamping machine.
The KölnCard becomes valid as soon as the name of the cardholder or a group member has been entered along with the date and the time.
