- 1 March–31 October: 09:00–18:00, last entry is at 17:30 while the animal houses close at 17:45
- 1 November–28 February: 09:00–17:00, last entry is at 16:30 while the animal houses close at 16:45
Please note that the wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge at the Cologne Zoological Garden. Please make a reservation in advance.
