During this walk, you’ll explore the medieval German town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. You’ll stroll along the cobblestone streets and see the 14th century wall, the Market Square and its 50-metre-high Town Hall Tower.

Highlights of the tour will include the Master Builder’s House with its stone sculptures representing the seven virtues and seven deadly sins and St. James Church, the only Protestant church in the town. You’ll pass by the famous Plönlein square and see the Councillor’s Tavern and St. George’s Fountain. While you walk, your guide will share the history of the city and its importance in the Middle Ages.
