On this trip, you'll ride Europe’s highest open-air cogwheel railway from Zermatt up to the Gornergrat ridge with it iconic viewing platform. The journey through the Alps will take you across bridges and through tunnels, forests and mountain meadows, passing rocky gorges and tarns as you climb higher.
Once you reach the viewing platform, you can take in a spectacular vista from more than 10,000 ft above sea level. You'll be surrounded by 29 peaks including the imposing Matterhorn and one of the region's largest glaciers.
