On this day trip, you'll visit Jungfraujoch – the highest train station in Europe. At 11 feet above sea level, it affords sweeping views of Switzerland's Bernese Alps.
Your journey will begin with a drive to the mountain town of Grindelwald, where you'll ride a gondola up to Eigergletscher station. There, a cogwheel train will carry you the rest of the way to Jungfraujoch. During the ride, you'll have a chance to see the snow-capped mountain peaks of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
Once at the top, you'll have an opportunity to experience the Alpine Sensation exhibit and visit the Sphinx Observation Deck and Plateau that overlook the Aletsch Glacier. You'll also have time to stroll through the reflective tunnels in the Ice Palace.
