This tour will give you the chance to travel to the coastal city of Angra dos Reis and explore the bay.
You’ll depart from Rio de Janeiro and take a drive along Costa Verde. As you reach Angra dos Reis, you’ll head to the harbour, where you’ll be able to embark on a four-hour boat cruise around the island of Ilha Grande. You’ll stop at three scenic locations to swim and snorkel in the crystalline waters and discover marine inhabitants.
During the cruise, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the history of the island and the bay. The captain will drop anchor at a small island, where you’ll be able to have lunch at a cosy restaurant. At the end of the tour, you’ll return to the port of Angra dos Reis and head back to Rio de Janeiro.

This tour is unavailable on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and during the Carnival season.
The tour price does not include snorkelling equipment, but it can be rented on site for an additional charge.
Please note that the transfer from Rio de Janeiro to Angra dos Reis takes approximately 2.5 hours. Please note that the duration of transfers is approximate and the actual time taken is subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
The boat tour included in the tour price lasts approximately four hours. You'll receive a ticket for the boat tour from your guide on the day of the tour.
