This gastronomic circuit is an authentic experience that covers iconic points in the historic center. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the colors and aromas in the capital of Santa Catarina, which has strong influences from European immigration, and also stands out internationally with geographical indication (GI) products due to investments and research into innovation and appreciation of rural producers. The itinerary includes stops at selected establishments, for tasting and interaction with local residents.
