This ticket will allow you to observe koalas up close in their natural habitat on Phillip Island.

At Koala Conservation Reserve, you’ll have a chance to walk through the scenic woodlands and see native birds, echidnas and wallabies. As you enjoy wandering the treetop boardwalks, you’ll have an opportunity to get to know the koalas who live in the reserve.

During your stay, you can learn more about koalas through interactive displays at the visitor center. You can also visit the Nature Play area and plant your own seed at the native seed station.

    Please note that the operational hours of Koala Conservation Reserve are as follows:

    - Monday–Sunday: 10:00-16:30 (last admission: 30 minutes before closing)

    Bring your ticket with you to the attraction.

    Be aware that operators may cancel for unforeseen reasons.

    You must be 18 years or older, or be accompanied by an adult, to book.

    What You Need to Know

    Please arrive at Phillip Island, a 90-minute drive from Melbourne. Please allow 15 minutes from the bridge to get to the Koala Conservation Reserve. Free car parking is available onsite.

    The voucher is valid for 365 days from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 15:00 on the last day of validity. Please use the voucher within six months from the date of booking.
