Schouten Island, Freycinet National Park - Half Day Tour

Free cancellation available
Up to 24 hours before the start time
Duration: 5 hours
Service animals welcome

Schouten Island's secluded Crocketts Beach offers an ideal half-day adventure. We start with a 30 minute guided cruise from Coles Bay along the Great Oysters Bay coastline. We then drop you off directly onto the pristine white sands of Crocketts Beach, where you can relax or explore on your own terms (your time on Schouten Island is unguided). Bring your snorkel to explore the calm, crystal-clear waters, or enjoy a peaceful beach day. For those seeking adventure, a short one-hour return hike to Bear Hill provides stunning views of the Freycinet Peninsula. With no human habitation and accessible only by boat, Schouten Island is a tranquil sanctuary well worth exploring. A Parks Pass is required to enter the National Park.
