We arrived in the middle of the night and were offered a spare room that wasn’t booked because our room was not supposed to be ready until the next morning/ check-in time - without paying extra. Sighraya rock can be easily reached by foot. There is a hot shower! The view from the bed is simply spectacular. It's very peaceful area. Second floor is under construction, but it doesn't bother at all. Surely this is one of the best places we have stayed at Sri Lanka:) Wish we could stay longer! Overall it offers amazing value for the price.

We had a wonderful time staying for a week at the Tree house. The owner is a chap called Freddy, and he's very nice. He has a tuktuk so can take you to where you want to go. He can also arrange an elephant safari. The Tree house is at the bottom of the garden and is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served in the garden with monkeys sometimes watching from the trees above. Breakfast and Evening meals are prepared by his mother and is superb. We loved our stay here and we wish Freddy the very best for the future.
